Wholesale Toy Quality Claims
Report damage, shortages, defects or specification differences with the SKU, order reference and evidence needed for review.
No open retail returns
Change-of-mind returns are not a default website entitlement. Any return, replacement or credit must be agreed in writing against the purchase order.
Quality and shortage claims
Report damaged, defective or short-shipped goods with photos, SKU and quantity. Remedies follow the commercial terms for that order.
How to open a claim
Contact SquishyBulk with PO/PI number, SKU list and evidence.
Wholesale toy quality claims are reviewed against the approved order
Wholesale toy quality claims are assessed against the purchase order, approved sample, final specification, packaging requirement and agreed commercial terms. A bulk order does not use an automatic consumer return window because the appropriate remedy depends on the item, quantity, shipment condition, inspection record and contract.
Evidence to send with a claim
- PO or PI number, SKU, affected quantity and carton marks.
- Delivery date, destination and photographs or video of the issue.
- Approved sample, product specification or package reference for comparison.
- A clear description of whether the issue is damage, shortage, defect, color, size, packaging or document mismatch.
Report visible carton damage or shortages promptly, keep the affected goods and packaging available for review, and do not dispose of evidence before a remedy is agreed. Replacement, credit, rework or another commercial action is confirmed in writing against the order terms.
For future purchases, review toy safety certificates for wholesale toys and use the wholesale fidget toy inquiry to confirm the product configuration before production.
Document wholesale toy quality claims with SKU evidence
Wholesale toy quality claims should be reviewed against the confirmed order, not a general category expectation. Keep the purchase order or PI number, SKU, approved sample, product specification, packaging reference and delivery record together. When a difference is found, identify the affected quantity and explain whether it concerns damage, shortage, dimensions, color, material, function, finish, packaging or documents.
What to send for a clear review
- Order reference, SKU, carton marks, affected cartons and affected piece count.
- Delivery date, destination, photographs or video of the issue and package condition.
- Approved sample or artwork reference that shows the expected result.
- Inspection notes, carrier evidence and any retailer requirement connected to the claim.
- Requested next step, such as replacement, rework, credit or another commercial remedy.
Report visible carton damage or shortages promptly, keep the affected goods and packaging available, and do not dispose of evidence before the review is complete. A bulk order does not use an automatic consumer return window; the appropriate remedy depends on the order terms, the approved specification, shipment condition and the verified scope of the issue.
To prevent repeat problems, confirm the product configuration through the wholesale fidget toy inquiry before production and review toy safety certificates for wholesale toys when the destination or material changes. Product pages in the wholesale fidget toy product index provide the SKU reference used in later communication.
Close the loop for the next order
Record the agreed remedy, the evidence reviewed, the responsible item or batch and any specification or package change. If the approved sample, label, carton mark or certificate scope changes, update the buying record before the next production run. A concise claim file protects both the buyer's assortment and the supplier's production reference.
