The decision
Private label is a packaging and assortment decision
Private label squishy toys are most efficient when the product format is already understood and the brand work is concentrated on the customer-facing layer. Choose a stock shape or tactile format, define the color and logo system, then decide whether the unit needs an individual display box, header card, OPP bag, barcode label or warning label. The final pack affects MOQ, cost, handling and the production schedule.
Product, material and pack questions stay tied to the selected item number.

Design the line as a recognizable family
A private-label range should share one visual rule while giving shoppers a reason to collect more than one SKU. For example, use one display language across a slow-rebound foam piece, a colorful bead-filled piece and a food-shaped novelty. Confirm the product name, print area, color tolerance and package claims for every SKU. Do not assume a certificate or material statement transfers from one item to another.
Request a sample of the exact SKU before approving a bulk run.
Confirm packaging, carton quantity and destination-market documents.
Use the quote form to keep product links, volume and timing together.
Send the logo artwork, color references, package dimensions, barcode data, destination market, target quantity and launch date. Samples are supported, with cost, freight and timing confirmed by SKU and artwork scope. Lead time is confirmed after the sample and packaging are approved. The RFQ should also request carton quantity, carton marks and certificate support for the final branded configuration.
Final sample, packaging and shipment timing are confirmed against the approved SKU and market.
Visible buyer FAQ
Questions to settle before the RFQ.
Can private label include a logo and custom colors?
Yes. Logo placement, color, finish and packaging are reviewed by SKU. Artwork and print limits are confirmed before sampling.
Does private label change the MOQ?
It can. Retail packaging, labels, print and assortment scope may change the minimum, so the final MOQ is confirmed against the complete brief.
What sample should I approve?
Approve the actual product, color or finish, logo application and retail package that will be used for production, not only a generic stock sample.
Ready to request this line?
Send the product URLs or SKUs, target quantity, destination market, packaging preference and sample request. The sales desk confirms MOQ, current price reference, carton data, documents and delivery planning by item.
